About Your Flight RESERVATIONS are required in advance; call 24 hours a day. CANCELLATIONS must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled flight time to avoid being charged. Weather related cancellations will give you the options of a full refund (except gift certificates) or an opportunity to re-schedule a future flight PLAN to spend 2-3 hours or more with us. Actual flight time is approximately 1 hour. WEAR comfortable shoes and layered clothing. Please, no flip-flops or open-toed shoes (sandals.) Your safety is our priority!
